Partnership with STA Travel – The Best Deals Worldwide
We have a global partnership with STA Travel that enables you to receive preferential service and the cheapest deals no matter where you are traveling from.
Everyone participating in our programs is required to book flights and travel insurance through our STA Travel partners. A single STA Travel representative in each country has been set up for EA participants to ensure you have the right insurance cover (this is essential) and are grouped to travel with others on the program from your home country. Make sure you contact them directly as they will make sure you get on the right flight at the right time to the right place!
Note: If booking your flights and insurance through STA Travel is not possible you will need to let us know.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is an essential and compulsory part of a ski & snowboard training program with Educating Adventures. When booking travel insurance you should discuss your personal requirements with STA Travel to ensure the policy you buy is adequate for you.
Note 1: If you are taking part in our Instructor Internship Program you will be covered by your employer for any work related injuries. You will still need comprehensive travel insurance to cover you at times when you are not on the clock.
Note 2: And be aware that if you have a minor accident while away you may be required to pay for medical and other insurance related costs upfront. It is your responsibility to have adequate monies such as cash, cheques or credit card facilities to cover these costs.
