How old do I need to be to participate in a program?
For all programs you must be at least 18 years of age. For our USA Youth Camp participants should be at least 12 (refer to the correct web page for more info on this program). For any programs if you are under 18 at the time of booking we require signed parental consent for you to participate.

Am I required to bring my own gear?
You will need your own equipment to take part in the program. It is possible to rent equipment but this will be more expensive in the long run and the equipment is generally suited to lower level skiers. Buying equipment in the United States is generally cheaper than elsewhere in the world. As an instructor most shops will offer you discounted equipment on what is called a ‘pro form’. There will be time to purchase (and demo) any required equipment prior to or during the first few days of the training program. Please refer to our gear guide (on our website) for further information.

How do I get to Lake Tahoe?
In conjunction with our travel agents you will book your international flights to United States. If you take part in a San Francisco stopover, San Francisco will be your arrival airport and transport from here to Tahoe is provided. If you do not take part in the San Francisco stopover you will fly into either Los Angeles or San Francisco and then onto Reno Nevada. Reno is the closest airport to Lake Tahoe. From here there are regular shuttle services to Lake Tahoe.
